Hi Everyone,

My name is Dona  Finocchio, with 1 N.

Im 43 years old I have three kids ages 23, 19 and 4 and also a 6 month old grandchild. Its all good, awsome actually.

Im very lucky, I lived here on the cape for 10 years with my kids and my husband who is my soulmate and best friend.

I worked at Fedex for 16 years and was thrilled when I was basically forced to quit my job so they could save some hours in office. It just goes to show you that the amount of time you spend somewhere doesnt mean diddly... I was never a corporate girl .Im pursuring a degree in Nursing because I love to take care of people. I was actually going to go into Radiology when I graduated from high school in 1981. I basically grew up with my two older kids and we were and still are very close. Having a child at an older age has tremedous benefits as well. You are at a different place in your life and your are able to enjoy things differently,  slow down and really appreciate what each days brings. Hopefully by now people have realized that making as much money as you can and being so busy all the time is really not the most important thing in life. Lifes so short.       

Im also a huge music person. I listen when Im happy, when Im sad, when Im working , when Im relaxing, when I need motivation, basically always,

Im very versitile as long as its is good quality.

I have to admit that my brother says I was born 10 years to late because I should have been at Woodstock but I was to young to go.

Im looking forward to this class, I feel like it might be a good outlet for me. I love to be creative when ever I can no matter what Im dong so maybe I will  do Ok. I have already met  Leah who is really nice and all that we have to work with seems like it will be fun to learn and use all these new tools.

I am also glad you found us in the closet of a classroom and I definately feel more crative in the studio.

 Im not a big abstract fan....but the colors are fun
