Nov.  4th  after the storm.  Hi everyone.  Hope you all survived the storm.  We lost power for about 16 hours but that was about all.  A lot of large branches and a few trees in the streets of New Seabury but not much else.

Well, I have been watching some of those VERY BIZARRE videos from the Wiki page.  Has anyone checked out Warhol eating a hamburger?  Strange.  And the body press one?!?  What's up with that one?  Were they naked??  I have a great video from youtube that I saw and will try to find. It's about an artist who is literally throwing paint on a huge spinning canvas with brushes you would paint a house with.  He is on stage and ends up painting this incredible picture of a firefighter holding a small child with the flag behind him.  Anyone see this one?  He makes a huge mess but in the end creates and incredible painting.

One last thing-when I try to upload a picture it is HUGE and I don't know how to flip or rotate it.  Anyone  know how to do this?

Ok-that's all.  See you all Tues.

Hi Erin,

Your note inspired me to watch the videos! You can resize and rotate images in most photo software programs. If you don't have one already you can use Picnik http://www.picnik.com/, the one Phillipe told us about, online for free. You have to upload your image to Picnik, then resize it to around 500 X 500 pixels.  Once you have your image loaded you just the resize button (near the top of the screen) and change either the height or width to 500, make sure "keep proportions" is checked, and click "ok". Of course then you still have to save the image and upload it to the wiki page.... See you tonite. Will

Wow, it's true.   The camera does add 10lbs.  Anyhoo-this abstract drawing actually looks a little better online to me.  I really enjoyed using pastels, which I had never done before.

I am looking forward to someone showing me how to use perspective.  I am finding it very difficult.  My shed is up for sale and that is about the extent of it.
